1) What if I like to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, order cannot be cancelled once processed. We can provide store credit to you to be used to purchase other goods in our shop within 1 months.

2) If there is a problem with the product after receiving the goods?
If you have any problems with the products quality, please contact our hotline 852-2575-7808 or email to logistic@tat-shing.com.hk with the order number, product code, a photo of the defective part of the product/faulty product (either one) and quantity within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will follow up as soon as possible. After both parties discuss and we agree, we will immediately arrange to replace a new one of the same product.
3) What if the stock is insufficient when placing an order?
If the customer finds that the stock is insufficient when placing an order, please contact the customer service hotline 852-2575-7808 or WhatsApp 852-6300 0325 or email to shopping@tat-shing.com.hk to check the latest delivery date.

Upon receipt of your order and payment, our company will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. It usually takes around 5working days

Free freight charge per order for1 shipment if the net order amount can be reached to $1000 or above.
4) What if I need to change the delivery time, what should I do?

After confirm the order, your email will receive a confirmation notice.
3) Why is the order delayed?
Delivery may be delayed due to some items that we do not have in stock. We will do our best to minimize delaysas much as possible. Please expect a delay of up to 4-12 weeks. Please contact our customer service for the delivery schedule of your order.
4) How will I be refunded?
When you return an item purchased online, you will receive a refund in the same payment method you used to purchase it (approximately 3 to 7 working days for are fund.)
