Most of S.F. Stores near residents or shopping malls, customer can select the S.F. Stores in checkout page. After the parcel arrived S.F. Stores, customer will receive alert SMS by the mobile phone. Most S.F. Service Centers near the commercial and industrial area, customer can select the S.F. Stores in checkout page. After the parcel arrived S.F. Service Center, customer will receive alert SMS by the mobile phone. In the SMS, customer can find the password to collect the parcel. The courier charge will be HK$30 for each order. S.F. Express－EF Locker by S.F. Express (take 2 to 7 days)
EF Locker is managed by S.F. Express, customer can select the EF Locker location in checkout page. After the parcel arrived S.F. EF Locker, customer will receive alert SMS by the mobile phone. S.F. Express－Self collect parcel in 7-11 Shop (take 3 to 7 days)
Please note that the carton size cannot bigger than 30 x 35 x 20cm, customer can select the which 7-11 shop to pick up the goods in checkout page. Customer should go to collect the the parcel within 48 hours after received the SMS from S.F. Express. If over the collect period, the parcel will be sent back to nearest S.F. Express collect center and customer should go to that collect center to collect the parcel. The courier charge will be HK$30 for each order.
S.F. Express－Self collect parcel in Circle-K Shop (take 3 to 7 days)
Please note that the carton size cannot bigger than 30 x 35 x 20cm, customer can select the which 7-11 shop to pick up the goods in checkout page. customer should go to collect the the parcel within 48 hours after received the SMS from S.F. Express. If over the collect period, the parcel will be sent back to nearest S.F. Express collect center and customer should go to that collect center to collect the parcel. The courier charge will be HK$30 for each order.
S.F. Express－ Hong Kong (take 1 to 3 days)
After customer select this delivery method in checkout page, customer should enter the receiver name, address and contact phone number. The courier charge will be HK$30.00 for each order.
S.F. Express－ Send to Macau (take 2 to 3 days)
After customer select this delivery method in checkout page, customer should enter the receiver name, address and contact phone number. The courier charges will show in checkout page, During the production period, free courier charge for each order amount more than HK$450
